What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. It is how a site remembers something between one page and the next. Some of the things below are not cookies at all but browser storage, which works similarly, so they are listed too.
We do not sell information about you, and we do not use any of this to follow you around other websites for our own advertising.

Your booking form progress is also kept in browser storage while you are filling the form in, and it is cleared once your booking confirms.
The Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel is not running on this site today, so it sets nothing. If it is switched on later, it sets Meta's own cookies and this page will be updated to list them before that happens.
How to turn them off
Your browser can block or clear cookies for this site, and every browser has a setting for it. Blocking them will not stop you booking.
To stop Google Analytics specifically, Google publishes a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To change what Google uses for advertising, see adssettings.google.com.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the choice it carries applies to the advertising cookies above.
