What we do with your information

When you book totes, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the dates and totes you chose, any add-ons, any delivery notes you type in, and the amounts you paid. We need all of it to get totes to your door, come back for them, and answer you when you call.

When you send us a message or ask for a quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and what you asked for, so we can answer it.

When we send our one review request after pickup, we keep your email address and whether you unsubscribed, so that an unsubscribe actually sticks.

When you start checkout, the server uses your internet address to limit repeated attempts. That happens in the server's short-term memory. It is never saved to our database.

We never see or store your card number. You pay on Stripe's own payment page. What comes back to us is an order reference and Stripe's own codes for the payment, which hold no card details. There is nowhere in our database a card number could go.

You never create an account with us and never need a password. We do not buy information about you from other companies, and we do not sell information about anyone.

A few companies process data for us so the site can work. Here they are by name, with what each one handles.

Stripe

Processes your payment on its own page and holds your card details under its own privacy policy.

Resend

Delivers our email, so it handles your email address and what those emails say.

Vercel

Hosts this website. Like any host, its servers keep ordinary request logs, which can include your internet address.

Supabase

Hosts our database, in the United States. Your booking and message details live there.

Sentry

Receives an error report when something on the site breaks, so we can fix it. A report describes the page and the browser, not you. We have turned off the settings that would attach personal details, and we do not record your screen or your session.

Clerk

Runs the sign-in for the owner's own admin area. Customers never sign in, and Clerk holds no booking data.

Each one processes data to provide its service to us, not for its own marketing.

If you book, you get one confirmation email with your order details. After we pick your totes up, you get one email asking for an honest review. That review email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click stops it. Unsubscribing never blocks your booking confirmation, because that email is part of your order, not marketing.

That is the whole list. We have no newsletter and no marketing list.

We use no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

The cookies on this site come from the sign-in system for the owner's admin area. They exist so the site knows whether its one administrator is signed in. They are not used to profile, advertise to, or track customers, and customers never sign in at all.

While you fill in the booking form, your progress is saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off if you step away. That stays on your device and is cleared once your booking confirms.

The owner of this business, who is the person delivering your totes. She sees bookings in her admin area, gets an email copy of each new order, gets a weekly summary, and can download her booking records as a spreadsheet. Nobody else has access.

We keep booking and order records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and we clear out what we no longer need. Messages and quote requests are kept the same way.

We keep unsubscribe records for as long as we send review requests, because deleting one would risk emailing someone who asked us not to.

Email us, or call or text, and ask. We will show you what we have about you, fix anything that is wrong, and delete what we hold, apart from records we need to keep for tax, payment, or dispute reasons. We answer these ourselves, usually within a few days.

You must be 18 or older to book with us. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has booked, contact us and we will delete the record.

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date on it. We will not quietly start doing something this policy says we do not do. This is the current version.
